Well for the most part.

Its been quite a while. I left GFR before I was kicked from it... Unfortunately the people I thought were friends in reality were a bunch of backstabbing cuntbags. For the most part.
To every rule there are exceptions, and the 3 admin that weren't total douchebags are the ones I still talk to. Well 2 of them got banned (one for no reason at all) and the last is basically ignored by Lyric and her little crew. But its all good, I learned who is really a friend and who isn't.
I did join a different forum, very laid back, relaxing, no pressure to invite the masses or push yourself to the limit and spend every waking hour on the board ;) The Familiar Forest is the name of the site ;)

Otherwise.... I'm another year older, another year wiser, the boys are now 6 1/2 and 3 1/2!!! I'm still knitting and being a general geek. Got a few things submitted to hopefully get published!

Well now i'll have plenty of time to keep this thingy up to date!

I am starting a petition, if you know ANYONE from NH who is in favor of (or at least not completely opposed to) gay marriage please let them know i'm writing a petition to hopefully change the way marriage is viewed and to make it so no ones constitutional rights can be violated in this instance.

I'm saddened by the ban on same sex marriage and feel that someone should bring up the separation of church and state. Is marriage a church or state institution? IF you want it to be purely religious, it cannot be restricted by the government on any level nor can they ban same sex marriage if the religious institution supports it. Also, were it to be purely religious, then marriage would not support shared insurance, SS benefits amoung other things. Conversely, were it decided that it was a state institution, marriage could not be barred based on religious beliefs and a ceremony done religiously would be by choice (as it is now I might add). Regardless, there is no reason for the ban when looked at in this manner
